Patient Screen – Reminders

You can view existing Reminders and set new Reminders within a “Patient Work Area”.

Reminders and recalls on the patient screen will list the name of the product that generated the reminder.
This will only work if the reminder was generated as part of a visit or counter sale.

What the Colours Mean

A Green icon indicates a reminder does not need immediate attention.
A Yellow icon indicates a reminder will soon be due.
A Red icon means a reminder is overdue.

Adding Reminders to Patient Records

  • From the Patient Work Area, click the yellow PLUS symbol located next to the reminders listing in ‘Area 2.’
  • In the Window that opens, select the reminder you wish to add to a patient by selecting it from the drop-down list next to ‘Name.’
  • Edit the period of the reminder and the next Due date if needed.
  • Add notes if required.
  • Click OK.
  • The reminder will now be visible in the Patient Work Area.

    Deleting Reminders

  • From the Patient Work Area, click the yellow PLUS symbol located next to the reminders listing in ‘Area 2.’
  • In the Window that opens, select the reminder you wish to delete from under the ‘Current Reminders’ List.
  • Click Delete.
  • Click Close.
