Use this area to customize options related to Clipboards & Imaging.

Number of Seconds before Refresh

Use this field to adjust the frequency of each workstation updating the clipboards.
While very often seems ideal, this may create excessive network traffic slowing other operations down.
This field requires a minimum of 5 seconds, but is usually set at 10 – 15 seconds.

Ideally, the refresh rate should be no smaller than 10 seconds. If it is lower, you will find changing this will have a big improvement on your programs performance.

Appointment Reason List

Allows you to add edit or delete entries in the Reason dropdown list.
This is mainly be used to delete misspelt entries.

How To Add An Appointment Reason

  1. Click on ADD.
  2. Type the reason into the Item text area.
  3. Click SAVE.

How To Edit An Appointment Reason

  1. Select the reason you wish to edit from the list.
  2. Click on EDIT.
  3. Edit the text as required.
  4. Click SAVE.

How To Delete An Appointment Reason

  1. Select the reason you wish to edit from the list.
  2. Click on DELETE.
  3. A message will appear asking you to confirm deleting this item.
  4. Click YES.

Each reason set up under this section will be seen when adding new visits.

Imaging Stamps Setup

Image stamps are pre-defined symbols such as circles and crosses that can be used to represent lesions on images attached to patient or visit records

How To Add An Image Stamp

  1. Click on ADD.
  2. Type the stamp into the Item text area.
  3. Click SAVE.

How To Edit An Image Stamp

  1. Select the stamp you wish to edit from the list.
  2. Click on EDIT.
  3. Edit the text and filename option as required.
  4. Click SAVE.

How To Delete An Image Stamp

  1. Select the stamp you wish to edit from the list.
  2. Click on DELETE.
  3. A message will appear asking you to confirm deleting this item.
  4. Click YES.
There is a limit of 26 Stamps. If you are attempting to add more, you may need to revise your current stamp list.
