Limits

Reminder response reports take a long view of reminders. The report compares results over a long period of time and, for this reason, it takes a long period of time for the results to become meaningful or even valid.
The report calculates results by comparing a reminder with its follow up.

Because of this you need to take note of two important points:

  • The results for 1st and 2nd reminders in the first two months of using the program will be invalid. The report cannot evaluate imaginary reminders “sent” before you used program. Similarly, it takes over a year before 3rd reminder statistics become valid.
  • The report cannot calculate 1st and 2nd reminder results for the immediate past month or two. You cannot evaluate 3rd reminders for the immediate past year.
  • Outside of these limitations, the calculations are accurate and useful in assessing the effectiveness of your reminder programs.
