This report works similarly to D5: Response Rates Analysis, but shows where there was a non-response to reminders, rather than the success rate.
Accessing The Reminder Non-Response Report
- Go to the RxWorks Task Panel.
- Select ‘Reports’ from the “toolbar”.
- Select ‘D: Reminder Notices & Statistics.’
- Click on ‘Non response list’ under ‘5: Response Rates.’
The window shown above will appear.
About the Reminder Non-Response Report
Notice the report shows each reminder for which there was no response, the client and patient names and numbers, and the type of reminder sent.
What It Does
Details all reminders for which no client response was received.
When To Run
End of the year to assess the effectiveness of your reminders.
The reminder run you would like to view.
The Report Window
Select the reminder run from the drop-down list that you would like to view non-response detail for.
Select a type of reminder from the drop-down list to limit your analysis only display non-responders for the selected type.
Client Preferred Clinic
Select one of your clinics from the drop-down list to only show reminders sent to clients with the selected location set as their preferred clinic.
The report can be ordered by Reminder Type, Client Name or Patient Name.
This opens the report in a preview window, from which you can review it, then save and/or print it.
This sends the report directly to the printer without previewing first.
This opens the report in Microsoft Excel as a spreadsheet.
This allows you to export the data from the account run to a number of file formats. You can export to the following file type formats:
This opens the report in a PDF viewer. You will need to have PDF viewer software like Adobe Acrobat or Foxit Reader installed to be able to view the file.
This opens a dialog in which you can change the page style of the report.
This returns you to the Reports main menu without creating a report.
