This report gives simple results about Clients that fit the profile of Bad Debtors. In the case of Bad Debtors clients enter these classifications when you enter notes in these areas on their Client Record.

Accessing The Client List: Bad Debtor Report

  1. Go to the RxWorks Task Panel.
  2. Select ‘Reports’ from the "toolbar".
  3. Select ‘B: Accounts, Debtors & Tax Analysis.’
  4. Click on ‘Bad Debtors’ under ‘4: Client Lists.’

The window shown above will appear.

About the Client Lists Reports – Bad Debtors

Client Lists reports are useful for reviewing clients with unusual payment circumstances.

Notice the report shows the each client’s name, phone number and account balance.

What The Report Does

This set of reports gives simple results about Clients that fit the profile of Bad Debtors, with Credit Balances or with Special Payment Terms. In the case of Bad Debtors and Special Payment Terms, clients enter these classifications when you enter notes in these areas on their Client Record.

When To Run This Report

Run this report before an account run, particularly for the special payment terms clients or periodically as you require information about these types of clients.

The Report Window

The Bad Debtors report options allow you to restrict the report to debts written off in a specific date range or to clients with a current balance.

Viewing Options

Preview Button

This opens the report in a preview window, from which you can review it, then save and/or print it.

Print Button

This prints the report on the Crystal Reports default Page Style unless otherwise specified.

Excel Button

This opens the report in Microsoft Excel as a spreadsheet.

Export Button

This allows you to export to the following file types (some of the file types are available via the other viewing options):

  • Crystal Reports (RPT)
  • HTML 3.2
  • HTML 4.0
  • Microsoft Excel 97-2000 (XLS)
  • Microsoft Excel 97-2000 – Data only (XLS)

  • Record Style – Columns with spaces (REC)
  • Record Style – Columns without spaces (REC)
  • Report Definition (TXT)
  • Rich Text Format (RTF)
  • Separated Values (CSV)
  • Tab Separated Text (TTX)
  • Text (TXT)
  • XML
  • PDF Button

    This opens the report in a PDF viewing software like Adobe Acrobat or Foxit Reader.

    Setup

    This opens a dialog in which you can change the page style of the report.

    Cancel

    This returns you to the Reports page without creating a report.
