Confidence that you will receive on-going professional and timely support will be a key component in your decision to purchase RxWorks. Here's what we offer:

  • Quality technicians available 24 hours a day (follow the sun support from three support centres) during the working week
  • Emergency support at other times
  • Secure access to your server and network to resolve issues
  • Web-based and phone support
  • Knowledge-base for those ‘how do I do’ questions
  • Every support enquiry logged with a case number and allocated one of five priority levels depending on its nature 

Urgent cases are given priority. For example should you have a problem printing your accounts this will receive a four hour response compared to something less urgent which will have a 24 hour response. Our software technicians can access your Fileserver remotely from any of our global support centres and, in most cases, resolve the problem easily. 

In addition, our comprehensive on-line Knowledgebase can provide an instant answer to most “How Do I Do That?” type of queries. Naturally, comprehensive documentation covering all aspects of the use of RxWorks is also provided (see Community section).

On-going Training

An initial understanding of RxWorks is quickly gained from the installation training. However, once the system has settled in and staff are confident using RxWorks, we strongly recommend you budget for on-going training. Taking advantage of advanced RxWorks features like HealthCare Manager, Procedures and Inventory Management requires a deeper understanding that is easily gained through additional training.

Training courses are available in a variety of formats including internet, on-site training and users conferences. In addition, our newsletter, on-line Knowledgebase and discussion forums are valuable sources of extra information and advice. You can be reassured that should your staff change, or you require extra coaching, we have a variety of options to suit your needs.

Members Area Minimize

Access to the Members Area is restricted exclusively to RxWorks users and includes vibrant discussion forums, knowledge bases, latest manuals and documentation, release notes, and the ability to lodge support requests via the web. You can also check the current status and activity on cases you have already submitted.
