How it works Minimize

Key benefits to you include

  • Being able to send regular flea and worming products to your clients
  • Reminders for regular health checks and vaccinations
  • Marketing material for the practice’s clients
  • Improved standards of care within the practice
  • Regular monthly payments
  • Ensuring your client takes advantage of all the benefits of the scheme

The Wellness Plan is set up within the Discount Scheme in RxWorks. Each individual scheme will include an expiry date for the subscription service’s next expiry date. If any part of the Plan is overdue, it will display within the HealthCare indicators.

Wellness Plans can be set up for Cats and Dogs and by weight for each species if you wish.  The Performance Pack fee builder includes a number of pre-configured ‘Discount Schemes’ which can be configured and changed to build your Wellness Plan. You also have the ability to attach additional discounts to the Wellness Plan.

If the client has not taken advantage of all elements of the wellness plan, for example a vaccination, a series of reminders can be generated.  This is important to ensure the client and patient is recieving all the benefits of the plan.

A subscription service to manage your monthly payments is the other main component and can be set up with a number of service providers. Our research has concluded that Paypal is a great subscription partner. Their service is well-known to anyone using Ebay. The commission rates are on a par with credit / debit cards.
