The RxWorks facilities for business reporting are among the most comprehensive of any practice management system. Many thousands of permutations of report covering Clients, Patients and Product & Service sales are available and most include a graph of the data concerned.  The principal categories are listed in the screenshot above.  Within each category you get a large number of reprts to pull off.

 

The reality is that you will probably only use a handful of daily, weekly and monthly reports.

 

It may be that you still require the Data Mining facility within RxWorks.  This easy-to-use facility uses selection criteria from drop-down lists and applies a full range of operands to extract the required data subset. The resultant data can be exported to MS Excel for further analysis and manipulation.

A key business development activity is the Marketing of services and treatments to specific groups of Clients and Patients. RxWorks provides easy-to-use routines where the required data can be selected as described above and personalised, mail-merged letters and emails produced.

This feature has been designed to support your Standards of Care. You can create comprehensive veterinarian and species-specific templates for all of your everyday treatments, services and surgical procedures – neuterings, health checks, farm visits, dentals, anaesthesia etc. Procedure templates store each chargeable item you have defined.
