Ask about our Dicom Platform which not only organizes your xrays but all Dicom images such as Direct Digital Radiography (DR), Computed Radiography (CR), Ultrasound, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Computer Tomography (CAT Scan), Scintigraphy, Endoscopy, and more.

We are rapidly moving to the point of having one resource and one place where you can go to get all the information you need.
Even ignoring the improvement in the search-ability of knowledge base articles that will come as a result, there are a lot of benefits of single sourcing. You can read about them in one of my old blog entries.
The 7 December entry contains the following updates
ü      New Accounts Troubleshooting section.
ü      A lot more information about hardware, including a basic hardware walkthrough.
ü      An expanded section on Backing Up with RxWorks.
ü      Additions to the Options and Setup Manual to assist users who are just starting with Performance Pack
ü      Parts E, D and G and the remainder of the appendicies of the Reports Manual have been re-written.
ü      I have included the first knowledge base articles. At this stage, it is mainly older stuff and compilations of information that have not been available on the knowledge base before.
ü      Release Notes are easier to find and access.
ü      Of course, we have the usual improvements to the Index and internal linking between information. You should now be using the Index instead of the search function as your first port of call.
Get online with the online help system and you will find you have more access to newer and better information about RxWorks faster and easier than ever!

Running late?

If you are running behind schedule, use RxWorks to text your client's cell phone to let them know - much better to warn them so they can delay their visit a little then have a reception area full of impatient clients trying to control their pets.

Many clients consider being forced to sit around and wait a sign of disrespect. If they get your text message, even if it is too late for them to change their plans, at least they know you cared enough to forewarn them.
