New Patient Records
From a Patient's Work Area, you can add new patient records to the active client by selecting the Add button (Ctrl+A) from the Toolbar.
This will bring up the New Patient Information box for you to complete.

Adding New Patient Records
- For the active client, click on ADD PATIENT from a patient's Work Area.
- Fill in the details for the new patient.
- Click ADD PATIENT.
- Select the reminders (if any) for the new patient record.
- Click OK.
- The New Patient Options Window will appear. Select if you would like to send the patient to the clipboards, add a new visit for the patient, add another new patient to the active client record or add a new client.
Depending on the option you choose, proceed as directed. Each of the options listed are outlined below.
The New Patient Options Window
After adding a new client record, you will be presented with the New Client Options Window. The options provided are outlined below.
SEND THIS PATIENT TO A CLIPBOARD
Select the clipboard you would like to send the new patient record to from the 'Send to Clipboards' window.
ADD A NEW VISIT FOR THIS CLIENT
Add a visit to the new patient record.
ADD A NEW PATIENT FOR THIS CLIENT
Add another new patient to the active client record.
ADD ANOTHER CLIENT
