Lab Manager Demo Videos

The RxWorks Lab Manager is a specially developed module designed to integrate in-house laboratory equipment from different suppliers in an RxWorks network. It provides a reliable and cost-effective method of handling and storing lab results.

The module creates tasks for each test requested in the consult. These are added to a task list that is available at any workstation and they create the appropriate charge on the patient record at the same time.  This minimizes the possibility of missing charges for lab tests. Lab results are seamlessly added to the relevant Visit record, quickly and easily saving staff time and eliminating transcription errors. Lab Manager then creates the orders and supports automatic downloading of results from Antech, Nationwide Laboratories and Axiom. In addition Lab Manager integrates seamlessly with in-house equipment including Oxford Science, Idexx, Abaxis, and Drew Scientific.
