Client Screen - Notes
You can add text notes to a client file by clicking on the appropriate 'Notes' button from the Toolbar.
If there are notes entered for a client record, the 'Notes' button will be highlighted.
The 'Notes' button looks a little different from Work Area to Work Area, but they all bring you to the same window which displays tabs to enter details for:
- Client General Notes
- Temporary Account Notes
- Special Payment Notes
- Bad Debtor Notes

Adding General Client Notes
- From the Client, Patient, Visit or Financial Work Spaces, select the NOTES button from the Toolbar.
- Type in any relevant information. Client notes have no specific purpose, but you can use them in reports and searches.
- Click OK.
Editing General Client Notes
- From the Client, Patient, Visit or Financial Work Spaces, select the NOTES button from the Toolbar.
- Make changes to the client notes as necessary.
- Click OK.
Deleting General Client Notes
- From the Client, Patient, Visit or Financial Work Spaces, select the NOTES button from the Toolbar.
- Delete the text.
- Click OK.
Because this area contains information that will help create a better service, staff should always check a client record for highlighted buttons in the notes area and read the details.
