Vital Sign Setup Overview
Vital Signs summaries are shown on both the Patient Record and the Visit Record. You can record up to eleven standard vital signs in any visit record. The Vital Signs display can be changed to suit your needs in the following ways:
- Choose which Vital Signs to display based on patient species, breed, age, sex, referral status, and desexed status.
- Set measurement units and normal range values for each vital sign.
- Set the screen display order for vital sign data.
The eleven Vital Signs that can be configured are:
- Weight.
- Temperature.
- Heart Rate.
- Body Condition Score.
- Dental Grade.
- Respiration Rate.
- Pain Score.
- Blood Pressure.
- Capillary Refill Time (CRT).
- Mucous Membrane Color.
- Risk Assessment.
