Printing Your Individual Clipboards
You can print any individual clipboard in RxWorks.
HOW TO PRINT AN INDIVIDUAL CLIPBOARD
1. Click on the 'Print' button from the RxWorks Toolbar.
2. The Appointment List Window will open.
3. Choose the individual clipboard you wish to print from the drop-down labeled 'Clipboard.'
4. Check the clipboard date is correct.
5. Choose the clinic you wish to view clipboard records from.
6. Choose how you want to sort you list from the drop-down labeled 'Sort.'
7. If necessary, select any of the additional printing options. (See Below for further detail)
8. Click PRINT.
ADDITIONAL PRINTING OPTIONS
The Appointment List Window (Above) provides a few extra options for printing your clipboards. These are described further below.
Show Client Notes
Show any client notes on the printout.
Show Appointment Notes
Show any appointment notes on the printout.
Include Transferred Entries
Include any entries that have been transferred to another clipboard on the printout.
Include Extra Lines
Include extra spacing on the printout.
VIEWING OPTIONS
As with all reports in RxWorks, the clipboards printout has several viewing options provided at the top of the window. These are:
Preview
Preview your document before printing.
Print your document to a local or networked printer.
Export
This allows you to export to the following file types (some of the file types are available via the other viewing options):
- Adobe Acrobat (PDF)
- Crystal Reports (RPT)
- HTML 3.2
- HTML 4.0
- Microsoft Excel 97-2000 (XLS)
- Microsoft Excel 97-2000 - Data only (XLS)
- Microsoft Word (RTF)
- Microsoft Word - Editable (RTF)
- ODBC
- Record Style - Columns with spaces (REC)
- Record Style - Columns without spaces (REC)
- Report Definition (TXT)
- Rich Text Format (RTF)
- Separated Values (CSV)
- Tab Separated Text (TTX)
- Text (TXT)
- XML
Excel
View and save your document as a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
View and save your document as a .pdf.
Setup
This opens a dialog in which you can change the page style of the report.
