Running Manual Backup Tasks
The TASKS area of the backup management screen allows you begin a manual FULL backup as well as run a database maintenance utility.
The restore backup option is used to restore a backup version of your database. This function requires assistance from an RxWorks Support technician to activate. If you require this assistance, please contact our RxWorks Support Team.
These features will use the paths configured for your backup files.
ACCESSING TASKS FOR MANUAL BACKUPS
To access the Manual backups Tasks:
- Go to the RxWorks Task Panel.
- Select 'Tools and Utilities.'
- Select 'Backups.'
