Getting Started Date and Number Functions
Date Functions in RxWorks
In date fields such as date of birth or report dates, you can calculate a date. For example:
Press Alt + Down-arrow for a calendar
Press n (for now) to enter today’s date
Press d to calculate days
Press w to calculate weeks
Press m to calculate months
Press y to calculate years
Key in a value and press Enter. For past dates use negative numbers.
Number Functions in RxWorks
In numeric fields you can perform simple calculations. For example, if you type 11.7 – 5.4 and press Enter you will find the result 6.3 in the field.
Use * to multiply, + to add and / to divide.
