The Patient Screen - Custom Fields

Patient Custom Fields are found in 'Area 2' of a Patient Work Area.

You can use Patient Custom Fields to record customizable data about patients of different species.

Expand or minimise the Custom Fields by clicking on the Plus or Minus symbol to the left of each one.

Setting up Patient Custom Fields

Set Patient Custom Fields though 'Options & Setup > Patient > Patient Species Custom Fields.'

Editing Patient Custom Fields

1. To edit any of the Patient Custom Fields in a Patient Work Area:
2. Click on the EDIT button located to the right of the Custom Fields Title.
3. In the window that opens,click in the text field next to the Custom Field you wish to edit.
4. Edit the details as required.
5. Click OK.
