We recently mailed invitations to all our clients in the UK and Ireland inviting them to a number of regional user meetings. These meetings are a fantastic opportunity for all our clients to see and hear what RxWorks can do to drive your business forward in these challenging times. You will be able to see firsthand what new developments are on offer to you direct from the management team at RxWorks.
Phil Scanlan and Greg Robinson will be joining Ieuan Morgan and myself at the meetings. As well as being able to see what new benefits RxWorks can provide you, we also want to take the opportunity to hear your feedback as to what you like about us and what improvements you wish to see.
The meetings will be held in the following locations on the following dates:
Scotland: The Gean Hotel, Alloa – 14th May 2010 at 12:30pm
North: Holiday Inn Leeds/Wakefield – 17th may 2010 at 2.00pm
Midlands: Holiday Inn Coventry South – 18th May 2010 at 2.00pm
South: Holiday Inn Maidenhead – 19th May 2010 at 2.00pm

We really look forward to seeing you.

In our continued commitment to increase our levels of customer service, we have been embarked on a significant recruitment drive since November 2009. This drive has so far allowed us to recruit 3 new support team members since Christmas and we are still looking for a further 2 members to join us before the end of February this year. This will give us the highest number of support staff ever in the UK and ensure that can deliver the improvements to our service levels that are striving for.
In addition to the increased support staff numbers, we will be introducing some significant changes to how we operate the support team going forward. Currently, the support team not only deal with everyday support cases that are logged by our clients, but also assist with the implementation of RxWorks for new clients, implementation of new software modules for existing clients and additional training for existing clients. In order to ensure that these additional activities do not prevent us from delivering the improved performance with the core support work, we will be creating a Client Services division.
Working closely with our Client Account Managers and Project Management team, the new Client Services division will take on responsibility for all the implementation and additional training work that falls outside of a core support role. This will enable us to deal with our clients’ need more effectively and efficiently across the board.
These changes started to happen on 1st February and will continue to gather more pace as we secure suitable additional new staff. I will keep you posted of our progress over the coming weeks along with other changes and improvements that we make.
