Submitting questions through a community forum can be much speedier than submitting support requests!
How do I use the forum?
Create a login using your current RxWorks user details. It’s that simple.
So make sure you:
- Go to http://community.rxworks.com.
- Select the ‘Sign Up’ option, or the ‘I’m a Customer’ button.
- Follow the signup prompts.
The only important thing you need to remember is to use the same email address as your user profile in RxWorks. In our next public release, you can sign in straight from the program once you’ve logged in. Cool!
We suggest you have a separate email address for each user in RxWorks, and sign up to our community forum with a first name – last name basis.
What if my question has private details?
If you have a question specific to your clinic and it involves private data (such as client details), RxWorks highly recommend you submit a support case through our traditional methods.
